geosky

GEOSKY® is a system of plastic formworks used to pour concrete slabs. Thanks to its combination of main beam and sliding wedge, this new and innovative system makes set-up and stripping faster, and reduces the turn-around time of the equipment.

It is composed by Geopanel® 120x60 cm panels (weighing each max. 11 kg) and by 3 plastic beams placed upon traditional H20 wooden trusses. This system allows to advance the stripping operation. GEOSKY® is the ideal solution to build any kind of slab: bidirectional, full or lightened

THE ADVANTAGES OF GEOSKY®:
TECHNOLOGY
GEOSKY® is an innovative system that combines the excellent resistance and lightness of plastic to the requirements of the building industry.

ADVANCED STRIPPING
GEOSKY® makes the stripping of the panels possible after just one day (depending from the slab type, the concrete grade used and the season). Advanced stripping is possible thanks to the sliding wedge system.

FAST SET-UP
The simple mechanical device of GEOSKY® speeds up the assembling and stripping operations thanks to the lightness of each element. This is the reason why you can save timecompared to the traditional formwork systems.

EASY CLEANING
As concrete does not stick to plastic, stripping is easy and cleaning is simple: just use water, without any need for specific detergents.

FLEXIBILITY
No special panels are needed with GEOSKY® as the same panels (Geopanel) are used as for the pouring of walls.

SIMPLIFIED LOGISTICS
GEOSKY® reduces the quantity of material needed at the construction site.

ASSEMBLY
GEOSKY®'s simple mechanical device allows to speed up the assembly and stripping operations thanks to the lightness of elements. This allows a time saving compared to the traditional formwork systems.
APPLICATION FIELDS
GEOSKY® is suitable for the construction of slabs in multi-storey car parks, commercial-, industrial and residential buildings.
